You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order without providing a reason, provided that:

  • The product is unused, unassembled, and not ridden

  • All original packaging is intact

  • All accessories, manuals, and parts are complete

  • The product remains in resalable condition

  • Products that have been assembled, used, or ridden are NOT eligible

  • Any signs of wear, dirt, or damage will result in rejection of the return

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Assembled or used bicycles

  • Products damaged due to misuse

  • Clearance or special sale items (if applicable)


4. Quality Issues

We provide protection for product quality issues as follows:

4.1 Within 7 Days of Delivery

If the product has a performance or manufacturing defect, you are eligible for:

  • Free replacement

4.2 Within 8–15 Days

If a quality issue occurs:

  • You are eligible for free repair or replacement

4.3 Warranty Period (Three-Guarantee Policy)

During the warranty period:

  • If the same issue cannot be resolved after two repair attempts, you may request:

    • A replacement, or

    • A refund

5. Return Process

  • After production begins, cancellation may not be possible
